Since 2011 Adamstown Communtiy College have implemented a student identification card in many areas of the college. The main purpose is efficiency in all tasks where the student interfaces with the college's administration systems.

The school currently manages student attendance, library, book rental scheme and ancillary staff working time records. This saves time and human resources allowing the school to concentrate on school improvement measures based on accurate and up to date information.
